Ana was called to the Los Angeles Mission to serve in 2001 assisting the Executive Director and the Director of Men’s Ministries. She was promoted to Academic Coordinator and later became Academic Administrator. Ana took the initiative to institute formal graduation ceremonial cap and gowns and incorporated an honor system. She has raised the academic component of UTI to a higher standard. Ana was also instrumental in establishing the partnership between Angelus Bible Institute and the Los Angeles Mission, whereas the Los Angelus Mission is now an official extension site for Angelus Bible Institute.
From 1991 to 1997, Ana owned her own business. To further her education, she attended Angelus Bible Institute and served as class president during her tenure at school. She graduated in 2001, Summa Cum Laude. Ana held key positions of leadership at Angelus Temple Hispanic Congregation. The Pastoral Staff depended on her for coordination of diverse ministries, especially those to women and students. For the past four years, Ana has been teaching at Angelus and at the Los Angeles Mission. “I love teaching the Word of God…the more I teach, the more I learn.” To further her education and wanting to receive her Master’s in Theology, Ana is currently attending Life School of Ministry.
