ONE TIME (NON-RECURRING) DONATION REFUND POLICY
If you have made an error in making your single, one-time donation to Los Angeles Mission, we will honor your request for a refund made within 45 days of your donation.
To request a refund, call our Donor Relations Department at (213) 629-1227 ext. 400. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, except cash donations will be returned via check. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card, within 5-7 business days, depending upon the financial institution and credit card type.
Recurring Donation Change or Stop Policy

Recurring Donation Refund Policy
Donors have the option to give recurring donations. Los Angeles Mission will be able to refund the previous month’s donations only.
Overpayment or Error Refund Policy
Where an error has been made by Los Angeles Mission or a banking facility which results in an overpayment being made, Los Angeles Mission may, in consultation with the donor, refund by either a credit of the overpayment to the donor, or alternatively by check for the full amount of the overpayment. Checks will be sent within 30 days to the donor’s address on file.
